Release v2.1.0 (#54)

- fix: catch errors in redis_unsubscribe
  - prevents crash when Redis is unreachable during conn teardown
- fix: redis_unsubscribe uses pUnsubscribe (v4 syntax)
- fix: init_redis_shared awaits ping (node-redis v4+ is promise-based)
- uses arrow-style logging so the `this` binding survives ping failures
- fix: init_redis_plugin compares cfg DB against
redisCfg.server.database
- fix: get_redis_client rejects on connect failure, so callers no longer
fail open
- change: test runner is now node:test (#53)
- test: remove unnecessary done callbacks in synchronous tests (#52)
