perf: add key-only ProjectionExpression to GSI query in getItemsPage

Mirror the optimization from getItems (applied in PR #40): when
getItemsPage queries a GSI, only fetch hashKey and rangeKey attributes
in the initial Query, rather than all item attributes. This saves read
capacity units and network bandwidth, since the GSI result is
immediately used to key into batchGetItems which fetches the full items.
