fix(api): percent-encode cursor in pagination next/previous links

Add Next and Previous string fields to the Pagination response struct.
These carry fully-formed, URL-encoded page links so that cursors
containing reserved characters ('+', '=', '&') round-trip correctly
through standard URL parsers.

Existing numeric page fields (NextPage, PreviousPage, CurrentPage,
LastPage) are preserved unchanged for backward compatibility.
