chore: migrate release process to GoReleaser (#109)

* feat: migrate release process to GoReleaser

- Removed manual release step from `build.yml`.
- Added dedicated `release.yml` workflow to handle automated releases.
- Introduced `.goreleaser.yml` to define build and packaging
configurations.
- Added `.antigravitycli/` to `.gitignore`.

* chore: rename config and update archive naming

- Rename `.goreleaser.yaml` to `.goreleaser.yml` to follow convention.
- Include `{{ .Version }}` in the archive name template to ensure unique
  release artifacts.

* chore: update homebrew tap description

Refined the description for better clarity and brevity.
