feat: migrate release process to GoReleaser

- Removed manual release step from `build.yml`.
- Added dedicated `release.yml` workflow to handle automated releases.
- Introduced `.goreleaser.yaml` to define build and packaging
configurations.
- Added `.antigravitycli/` to `.gitignore`.
