test: improve typechecker coverage after type hierarchy refactor

Adds tests for all new code paths introduced in the recent type-checker
improvements:

- parseType: occurrence "+" for both atomic and node types
- isAssignable: xs:numeric union type, transitive xs:long→xs:numeric,
  generic node()→element() assignability, element()→attribute() rejection,
  map/array/function catch-all path
- inferExprType: CompDocConstructor, CompElemConstructor, DirElemConstructor,
  CompAttrConstructor, CompTextConstructor, CompCommentConstructor each
  infer the correct node type; bare AxisStep (child::*) infers node()
- checkTypes: module-level typed variable visible in query body,
  InlineFunctionExpr gets an isolated scope, partial function application
  not flagged against function-typed parameter

typechecker.ts line coverage: 93.27% → 99.52%
typechecker.ts branch coverage: 74.36% → 86.75%
overall line coverage: 95.03% → 96.09%
