Bar.date: introduce BarTimestamp enum (#628)

* Bar.date: introduce BarTimestamp enum (#627)

Replace historical Bar.date: OffsetDateTime with BarTimestamp enum that
distinguishes Date (daily+) from DateTime (intraday), instead of
coercing YYYYMMDD wire values to midnight UTC.

* BarTimestamp: fix Display/FromStr roundtrip, add Ord, fill coverage gaps

- Display emits wire format (YYYYMMDD / unix seconds) so FromStr roundtrips
- Implement Ord/PartialOrd (cross-variant compares Date as midnight UTC)
- Add historical_data_daily_bar() builder for YYYYMMDD test fixtures
- Use daily bar builder in sync + async integration tests
- Document serde format change in migration guide
