test: update live tests for current CLI surface

The live tests still invoked the removed `--user` and `--sessions-with-matches`
flags from before the CLI flag unification, so they exited nonzero on every
run. Replace them with the current `-t user` / `-l` shape.

`test_dump_targets_filter` also assumed every output line carries a target
prefix, but dump prints `[<target>]` only once per record and lets the message
body span unprefixed lines. Check that no foreign prefix leaks through
instead — multi-line assistant bodies were tripping the per-line assertion.
