docs: docMirrorsPlugin + brut blog chrome + slimmer header nav (#302)

* feat(docs): wire docMirrorsPlugin from docs-kit 2026.5.33

Bumps the docs-kit pin from 2026.5.31 to 2026.5.33 to pick up two
new features and adopts both:

1. `docMirrorsPlugin` (2026.5.33) — scans
   `docs/src/routes/docs/**/+page.svx`, strips Svelte scripts +
   component tags while preserving fenced code blocks, and emits
   clean Markdown to `static/docs/<slug>.md`. Same `buildStart` +
   HMR pattern as the existing `sitemapManifestPlugin` and
   `demoManifestPlugin`. 21 doc pages now have raw-Markdown mirrors
   served at `https://markdown.svelte.page/docs/<slug>.md`.

   `static/docs/` added to `.gitignore` since the output is rebuilt
   on every `vite build`.

2. `ExampleV2.description` rendered through SvelteMarkdown
   (2026.5.32) — the 13 /examples/* descriptions are written with
   inline backtick code references (`AlertRenderer`, `renderers`,
   `markedAlert()`, etc.). Those used to render as literal backtick
   characters; they now show as proper chip-styled inline `<code>`
   matching the notes column. No consumer code change needed — the
   bump alone fixes them all in one shot. Verified by hitting
   `/examples/github-alerts` and finding `<code>AlertRenderer</code>`
   in the rendered HTML.

Home page FIG-006 AI-READY cell 03 now points at
`/docs/getting-started.md` with the "21 docs" footer, replacing the
earlier workaround (which pointed at `/examples/agent-output`
because per-doc mirrors didn't exist yet). Final shape matches
the svelte-motion PR #351 / svelte-headless-table 79fdfd1 pattern:
llms.txt + llms-full.txt + per-page `.md` mirrors.

llms.txt gets a trailing paragraph documenting the mirror URL
convention so any agent reading the index alone learns the rule.

* chore(docs): trim header nav to four primary surfaces

Drop `api` and `playground` from the top-level header nav. Both were
redundant deep links: `api` resolved to `/docs/api/svelte-markdown`
