Pull #534

Reword `testHasLikelyTensorParameterHelper(TensorType)` Javadoc

Copilot review on #534 noted the previous Javadoc claimed the overload was for "dense tensors with concrete shape and dtype", but the sparse-eye fixtures (94-96) also use it. The precondition is "Layer 1 and Layer 2 agree numerically", not density. Reword to match, with a forward reference to #533 explaining why sparse fixtures fit even though their runtime spec emission is semantically distinct.

Pull Request #534: Extend precision audit to fixtures 94-99 (`sparse.eye` and `linalg.eye`)
