* Upgrade golang.org/x/net to v0.55.0

Address govulncheck findings GO-2026-5025 through GO-2026-5030
(CVE-2026-42506, CVE-2026-39821, CVE-2026-42502, CVE-2026-25680,
CVE-2026-25681, CVE-2026-27136) in golang.org/x/net/html and
golang.org/x/net/idna. All are fixed in v0.55.0.
