Fix Bento chat sessions attributed to wrong user (#5541)

* Initial plan

* Fix Bento chat connector attributing sessions to wrong user

- Consolidate bento_chat event listeners: move bento.showChat() into
  the bentochat:ready handler so setUser() is always called before the
  chat is shown, preventing attribution to a previously cached user
- Add j() (escape_javascript) for all user values interpolated into
  JavaScript in both _bento.html.erb and _bento_chat.html.erb to
  prevent potential XSS
