feat(tray): add razer fallback and logo status (#8)

### Description

Adds warning-only Razer detection for broken OpenRazer battery reporting
while keeping the tray popup and compact status aligned with the new
logo behavior. Also refreshes project docs, prunes unused assets, and
updates the Go toolchain to 1.26.

## Added

- Embedded goarctis tray logo asset and Razer HID fallback warning
detection
- Tests for tray title/tooltip behavior and OpenRazer warning states

## Updated

- Tray title formatting, README, how-it-works docs, CI, and Go version

## Deleted

- Obsolete CPU/memory monitoring plan and unused logo asset variants
