refactor(hooks): port useSpring + useCycle to Svelte 5; ExampleV2 docs migration (#360)

* feat(docs): migrate use-presence to ExampleV2 (batch 2 kickoff)

Batch 2 starts the docs-embedded migrations — examples whose
`.svx` doc pages also import the legacy monolithic component.

- Move the lesson code into `use-presence/demos/Default.svelte`
  with the `.humanspeak-demo-shell` positioning wrapper + HUMANSPEAK
  marker, so `demoManifestPlugin` strips the shell from the
  published code sample
- Co-locate `UsePresenceCard.svelte` under `demos/` so the
  manifest picks it up too — the code drawer now shows both
  the wrapper site and the child's `usePresence` plumbing
- Rewrite `/examples/use-presence/+page.svelte` as a single
  `ExampleV2` section (`ANIMATE-PRESENCE` tag, three-icon lede)
- Update the `/docs/use-presence` `.svx` page's inline embed to
  import from the new demo path; the legacy `<Example isSmall>`
  chrome stays for now since it's the inline-embed surface
- Delete the old `UsePresenceExample.svelte` monolith — no
  remaining consumers

* feat(docs): migrate animate-presence to ExampleV2

- Move lesson into `animate-presence/demos/Default.svelte` with the
  `humanspeak-demo-shell` wrapper + HUMANSPEAK marker so the plugin
  strips positioning chrome from the published sample
- Rewrite `/examples/animate-presence` page as a single ExampleV2
  section (`ANIMATE-PRESENCE` tag, three-icon lede covering
  initial/animate/exit, the wrapper-keeps-it-alive idea, and the
  shared `transition`)
- Point the `/docs/animate-presence` `.svx` page's inline embed at
  the new demo path; legacy `<Example isSmall>` chrome stays for
  inline embeds
- Delete the `AnimatePresenceExample.svelte` monolith — no remaining
  consumers

* feat(docs): migrate animated-button to ExampleV2

- Move lesson into `animated-button/demos/Default.svelte` with the
  positioning shell + HUMANSPEAK marker
- Add a Replay button keyed on a `{#key}` block so the entrance tween
