fix clean_broken_retention for old ClickHouse with unresolved macros

ApplyMacros was missing for backupPath and objectDiskPath in
CleanBrokenRetention, so paths containing {version} (or any other
unresolved macro) were never rewritten to their actual values when
connected to old ClickHouse servers that lack system.macros entries.

The GCS emulator test had a related issue: curl interprets {version}
as a URL glob pattern and strips the braces, uploading objects under
\"version/\" instead of \"{version}/\". Add -g (--globoff) to all
curl invocations to disable glob processing.

Also guard container-log dumping behind DUMP_FAILED_TEST_CONTAINER_LOGS
to reduce noise in test output.
