## Summary

- README contributing link pointed to deleted
`/docs/community/contributing` (404) -- now links to
`.github/CONTRIBUTING.md` via absolute GitHub URL
- README GoDoc badge SVG used deprecated `godoc.org` (301) -- updated to
`pkg.go.dev/badge`
- SUPPORT.md + ISSUE_TEMPLATE/support.md: `community/#get-help` was 404
-- replaced with docs root
- CONTRIBUTING.md: updated stale `go wiki` and `help.github.com` URLs
(301 redirects) to current canonical locations, removed 7 unused
reference-link definitions
- SECURITY.md: removed hardcoded stale version example (`v0.21.x`) --
the link to `/docs/releases` already provides specifics
- Deleted RELEASING.md: referenced nonexistent `scripts/changelog.sh`
and `docs/upgrading.md`; release process is handled internally
