feat!: direct container creation

- Containers are now created independently from releases, allowing users
to create a container once and reuse it across multiple releases.
-  Containers can now be assigned custom names for easier identification
and management.
- Added a dedicated frontend interface for container management.
- Updated and improved the container form layout.
- Updated containers tab layout on the Release page
