Add get_channel_position to retrieve KID array (x, y) in mm (#86)

* Add get_channel_position to retrieve KID array (x, y) in mm

Exposes straxion.get_channel_position(channel) returning np.array([x, y])
in mm for the QUALIPHIDE-FIR KID array layout. Extracts the
frequency-to-position mapping and centers from plot_channels into shared
module-level constants so both functions use a single source of truth.

Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 4.7 (1M context) <noreply@anthropic.com>

* Support array input in get_channel_position

Accepts int, list, or ndarray (any dtype/shape). Scalar input returns
shape (2,); array input of shape S returns shape (*S, 2). Adds tests
covering int16 arrays, lists, and invalid-element rejection.
