- Go module: github.com/HelixObs/gateway → github.com/HelixObs/herald
- Binary renamed /gateway → /herald in Dockerfile
- Env var GATEWAY_ADDR → HERALD_ADDR
- Docker image: ghcr.io/helixobs/gateway → ghcr.io/helixobs/herald
- All internal doc comments updated
