feat: add scan to DynamoDbRepository and listDocumentIds to JsonPointerRepository

- Add ScanQuery interface (exported from index)
- Add scan() method to DynamoDbRepository supporting filter expressions,
  projected attributes, index, and limit
- Add listDocumentIds() to JsonPointerRepository using scan with id projection
- Add integration tests for both features
