fix: show today/tomorrow local time on event cards instead of hour countdown (#510)

* fix: show today/tomorrow local time on event cards instead of hour countdown

Replaces the "Starts in N hours" relative countdown with "Today HH:MM AM/PM"
for events starting later the same local calendar day, and "Tomorrow HH:MM AM/PM"
for events starting the next day. Events within 60 minutes still show the
"Starts in N mins" countdown; events further than tomorrow show the plain
local time. Adds today_at/tomorrow_at i18n keys to all six locale files.

* fix: use next_start_at for recurring event time labels

* fix: keep FutureCard using start_at (day shown by grid header)

* fix: drop today/tomorrow prefix from FutureCard, grid header already shows the day
