feat(#2): Vite JS plugin with sentinel file lifecycle and dev/prod detection

- Add src/plugin.mjs: ESM Vite plugin configuring outDir, manifest, base,
  rollupOptions.input, and sentinel file write/delete across all lifecycle hooks
- Add Kindling::$sentinelPath config property (overridable for testing)
- Add ViteService::isDevMode() using sentinel presence and forceMode override
- Add tests/plugin.test.mjs (Vitest) covering config hook behaviour
- Add tests/ViteServiceTest.php covering all four sentinel/forceMode combinations
- Fix phpdoc string[] → list<string> across exceptions and ResolvedEntry
