feat: use npm Trusted Publishing for marketplace-site (#2635)

* ci: use npm Trusted Publishing for marketplace-site

* chore: bump Node to 22.x and regenerate lockfile with npm 11

Addresses Jarvis P1 feedback on PR #2635:
- Single-major bump (20.x → 22.x LTS) instead of 20.x → 24.x
- Node 22.18.0+ ships with npm 11.5.1+ which is the Trusted Publishing floor
- Lockfile regenerated with npm 11 (lockfile-only, no installs); diff only
  removes optional+peer entries that npm 10 retained — no resolution drift
