market_data: drop TickType cross-domain re-export (#600)

`TickType` lives at its canonical home `contracts::tick_types::TickType`.
The `pub use` in `market_data::realtime` was a duplicate path; zero
external callers per grep. Internal references switch to a plain `use`.

Plan: plans/one-way-to-spell.md (PR 1 of 5). v3-api-ergonomics §7
flipped to [~]. Migration §20 added.
