:sparkles: Default num_retained_versions to 5 to bound Lambda storage cost (#1453) (#1458)

Lambda code storage and SnapStart snapshot-cache cost now have a sane upper
bound out of the box. On the first `zappa update` after upgrade, published
versions older than the newest 5 are deleted; `$LATEST` and alias-bound
versions are unaffected. Set `"num_retained_versions": null` to keep all
versions (prior behavior). Pruned versions are logged in deploy output.
`zappa init` / `zappa settings` now include the key in generated config.
