* docs: address review feedback on handoff description and test case structure

- Clarify \login endpoint\ handoff value as authority host URL with
  example format (e.g., \https://login.microsoftonline.com\)
- Split T-AZP-0100 into Case A/B/C for explicit inputs, omitted
  \esource_group_name\, and \project_name\ normalization
