ci: update compat smoke test to the renamed API

The smoke test still used the old createPcg32(opts, state, streamId)
and curried randomInt(min, max)(state). Switched to the new default
API (createPcg32(state, streamId), randomInt(min, max, state)) and
added coverage for the createPcg64 / randomInt64 BigInt path.
