docs: brutalist + demo-manifest sweep across all 13 examples + AI-READY home page (#299)

* refactor(docs): adopt docs-kit ExampleV2 + Vite plugins for /examples

Swap the legacy local sitemap script + chokidar watcher for docs-kit's
`sitemapManifestPlugin`, and add `demoManifestPlugin` so future demos
get pre-rendered shiki output at build time without per-page wiring.

- vite.config.ts: register both plugins; rely on Vite's own watcher for
  HMR regeneration. Drops the need for `sitemap:manifest`,
  `sitemap:watch`, and the `mprocs sitemap` proc.
- package.json: remove the sitemap npm scripts and prune the
  generator from the `build` chain.
- Drop docs/scripts/generate-sitemap-manifest.mjs (canonical version
  lives in docs-kit now).
- Rewrap every example +page.svelte (except html-filtering + playground,
  which get full migrations in the next commit) in ExampleV2 with
  per-page lede / tag / sourceUrl. Old monolithic demo components stay
  the body for now; later commits will split them into demos/.
- Drop the legacy local Example.svelte; docs-kit's ExampleV2 replaces it.

* feat(docs): full demo-manifest migration for html-filtering + playground

Promote both pages to the per-policy / per-demo pattern: each file under
`<example>/demos/*.svelte` is the single source of truth for that demo's
rendered output AND its displayed code. The Vite plugin handles the
manifest emission; the page composes the demos via ExampleV2 +
DemoSplitV2 + CodeReferenceV2.

html-filtering:
- Three self-contained policy files (AllowAllHtml, AllowOnlySafe,
  BlockAllHtml) each with its own SvelteMarkdown wiring + sample
  markdown. The page renders three sheet sections, each with a
  `</> show code` panel that reveals the cleaned-up snippet via the
  manifest. The fake-login form in SAMPLE_MARKDOWN demonstrates the
  visible threat allow-all permits.

playground:
- MarkdownPlayground demo uses docs-kit'... (continued)
