Switches benchmarks to CSV, improves LISA data, refines tests

Replaces benchmark results JSON with CSV and updates benchmark documentation and plotting to match the new format. Adds non-stationary galactic foreground PSD arrays and related time-dependent variance logic to LISA demo data, improving physical fidelity and downstream compatibility. Refines and fixes test output directory logic for better isolation and cleanup, and removes redundant or slow test files to streamline CI runs. Adjusts benchmarking backend logic for GPU. Updates plotting in roundtrip tests for correct histogram handling.
