Improvements in wasp-agent testing (#4220)

* bugfix: potential nil pointer dereference in wasp-agent deployment

although kubebuiler tags are used to produce default value for
the field, the field is of a pointer type and can be optional
if the defaults will change in the future.

* introduce functests libnode package

in order to avoid code duplication the library can
contain common functionalities related to cluster nodes.
