fix: forward position param into deep link for multi-scene worlds

When /jump?realm=world.eth&position=26,18 is visited, the Places API is
queried by world name only (ignoring position), and fromPlace() sets the
position from the scene's base_position. The user-specified position was
silently dropped, so the Explorer always landed at the world entry point.

Override cardData.position with the URL-specified coordinates after
mapping so the deep link always targets the exact parcel the user intended.
