* Document STBC processing workflow and align online submitter behavior

* Add raw-first gating and per-target processing status/history

* Support optional per-run channel_map override from rundoc/daq config

* Remove legacy auto_processing tree and old stoomboot docs

* Drop legacy process_run wrapper from package

* Load channel_map from rundoc across plugins with legacy fallback

* Fix channel-map lookup: fallback to rundoc daq_config.channel_map
