feat: support OIDC writes for private address books (#3083)

Allow OIDC-authenticated users to create/approve/reject private address
book entries and requests; surface user identity (userId) instead of
signer wallet addresses for attribution.

- Extract UserIdentityResolverService and drop wallet-string attribution
- Switch AddressBookRequestsRepository and UserAddressBookItemsRepository
  to userId-based attribution
- Drop orphaned IWalletsRepository provider and signerAddress fields
- Add migration to rebase private AB columns onto user_id
- Cover OIDC create/approve/reject paths with e2e and unit tests
