go.mod: bump tss-lib v2.2.6 → v2.2.7

2.2.7 ships the dkls23 / frost resharing primitives (dklstss.NewResharing,
frosttss.NewResharing) plus the promote helper for converting a 1-of-1
imported key into a multi-share TSS wallet under the modern protocols.
