go.mod: bump tss-lib v2.2.4 → v2.2.6

Step 1/5 of the protocol-modernization track. v2.2.6 adds the
dklstss (DKLs23 threshold ECDSA, secp256k1) and frosttss
(FROST(Ed25519, SHA-512), RFC 9591) packages that new wallets will
use; ecdsatss + eddsatss stay source-compatible so existing wallets
continue to sign through the same code path.

This commit is the mechanical bump only — no protocol-switch logic
yet. Verified:
- go build ./... clean
- ./wlt{obj,acct,net,tx,swap,base,contract} test sweep all green
- ./wltwallet -short green (skips the SMS-OTP integration tests
  that need phplatform; those exercise the existing ecdsatss /
  eddsatss path, unchanged here)

Next steps land separately:
  2/5  Add Wallet.Protocol + keygen dispatch scaffold
  3/5  Wire dklstss path (secp256k1)
  4/5  Wire frosttss path (ed25519)
  5/5  Flip the default for new wallets
