Improve error message when EiT fails on Ubuntu 20.04

When Encryption in Transit (EiT) mount fails with 'no such file or directory'
(azurefile-proxy.sock missing), add a clear message indicating that EiT does
not support Ubuntu 20.04 and the user should upgrade their node OS version.

This helps users on CVM nodepools understand the root cause instead of seeing
a cryptic socket connection error.
