feat(rust-backend): optimize Rust backend to outperform C++ backend on hot paths

- Zero-allocation name conversions on FFI boundaries.
- Thread-local reusable parsing buffers.
- Direct zero-copy serialization into FFI output buffers.
- Arc-wrapped TypeKind metadata fields to eliminate deep clones.
- Pass-by-value Owned AbiDef ingestion.
- Lifetime-bound zero-allocation JSON parser using Cow borrowed AST.
