fix: use \p{po} instead of terminators_pattern in quote_and_paren_end_finder

 when text has for exemple [or 1984?], the comma after ] wasn't being recognized
 as a continuation marker, causing incorrect splits.
 Using \p{po} catches comma, semicolon, colon, brackets, quotes, etc.
