Upgrade llama.cpp from b9198 to b9219 and expose new continuation modes (#167)

b9219 extends `continue_final_message` to accept string values
("reasoning_content" / "content") in addition to the existing boolean.
The new ContinuationMode enum surfaces these as a typed overload on
InferenceParameters.setContinueFinalMessage; the bool overload is
unchanged.

No upstream API breaks affect the project — verified by audit and by
the full C++ test suite (417/417 passing).
