test: cover curried randomInt/randomList APIs and re-exports (#333)

Brings coverage to 100% across statements, branches, functions, and lines
by exercising the fully-curried call paths (randomInt(min)(max)(pcg),
randomList(length)(rng, pcg), etc.), the zero-length randomList case, the
unknown-variant error in nextState, and access to OutputFnType and
StreamScheme via the package entry point.
