Strip section-divider inline comments from `testTensorContainerParameterCache`. (#505)

Two pure section-divider comments removed:

- `// Parameter-level Phase 3 classification ⇒ function-level reflection.`
- `// Phase 3 cache (new in #497): explicit container classification.`

These are organizational headers—no WHY content beyond what the immediately following assertion's message string already conveys. Matches the codebase's general "no comments unless the WHY is non-obvious" default.

Substantive WHY comments preserved: `// Asymmetry pin: getTensorTypes() stays empty because Ariadne does not emit a single TensorType for the container itself; Phase 2's cache-population path runs but finds nothing for this parameter.`.
