Revert out-of-scope drift in `testTensorContainerParameterCache` (#500).

Restores the `testTensorContainerParameterCache` method (from #499, already on main) to its original state, modulo the necessary `isTensorTyped` → `classifyAsTensor` Javadoc rename. The earlier drift (dropped "new", trimmed "that this PR documents", removed inline section/Phase 3/asymmetry comments, switched `Boolean.TRUE` to static-imported `TRUE`) was unrelated tidying that snuck into #500 during a rebase. Will be filed as a separate follow-up where it can be reviewed on its own merits. The single remaining Javadoc-wrap shift on the first line is a forced consequence of the rename (`classifyAsTensor` is 4 chars longer than `isTensorTyped`, pushing the line over the formatter limit).
