Update exploreFilesTabs columns

Reorganize and extend the exploreFilesTabs column definitions: remove earlier duplicate file_description/file_size/file_access entries and reintroduce them later with display:false. Add several sample- and pathology-related columns (anatomic_site, participant_age_at_collection, sample_tumor_status, tumor_spatial_extent, sample_description, percent_tumor, percent_necrosis) and other metadata columns (consent_group_id, fixation_embedding_method, staining_method). Preserve file_size formatting (FORMAT_BYTES) and keep new columns hideable so they can be shown/hidden in the UI.
