docs: bump docs-kit 2026.5.25 + tighten JSDoc on docsNav and token-cleanup (#298)

* chore(docs): bump docs-kit to 2026.5.25

Picks up the JSDoc polish on BrutIndexV2 / BrutLayoutV2 / Compare- and
ExampleLayoutV2 (per-Props field comments + intent comments on helper
arrows). No public API change.

* docs: tighten JSDoc on docsNav exports and extractAttributes

- docs/src/lib/docsNav.ts: per-export JSDoc on headerNav, buildBreadcrumbs,
  docsSections (plus the two breadcrumb-override maps). Converts
  buildBreadcrumbs from function declaration to arrow for consistency
  with every other helper in this file.
- src/lib/utils/token-cleanup.ts: expands the extractAttributes JSDoc
  with the issue-297 quoted-value case + a boolean-attr example, and
  trims the JSDoc syntax to TSDoc-compatible form.

No runtime behavior change.
