Fix FIBERFLUX/FIBERTOTFLUX writeback in fastspec_one; refs #237

FIBERTOTFLUX was incorrectly populated from fiberphot (FIBERFLUX values)
instead of fibertotphot; FIBERFLUX writeback was missing entirely.
