fix cache key collision (#370)

Validate PHP 8.4+ cache hits with a source file hash in addition to the generated closure name. This prevents reusing a stale cached closure when the same file and line are rewritten in a long-lived process.

Keep the statics cache and persistent function cache path behind PHP < 8.2, where the legacy dependency copier can still reach it.
