Fix MSAL hash conflict with SPA hash-based routing (#947)

MSAL's handleRedirectPromise() was parsing the app's routing hash
(#dashboard, #sensor-data, etc.) as an auth response, causing
hash_does_not_contain_known_properties errors.

- Only call handleRedirectPromise() when hash contains auth parameters
- Set navigateToLoginRequestUrl: false to prevent MSAL redirect loops
