test: cover all-pruned volume topology accounting

Add regression coverage for a pod whose volume topology alternatives are
all incompatible across multiple PVC-backed volumes.

Verify the invalid pod is reported through PodErrors, a valid pod in the
same batch still schedules, unschedulable accounting is updated, ignored
pod accounting is unchanged, and scheduling decision metrics are recorded.
