fix: replace autobuild with explicit mvn compile in CodeQL workflow (#198)

The git-commit-id-maven-plugin:10.0.0 requires Maven >= 3.9.0.
Java was already correct (21/temurin) but codeql-action/autobuild uses
a bundled Maven older than 3.9.0, causing:
  "requires Maven version [3.9.0,)"

Replace autobuild with an explicit mvn compile step so the system
Maven 3.9.x on ubuntu-latest is used instead of the CodeQL-bundled Maven.
