refactor: split FFBBDataClient into facades, fix CI config, cleanup

- Split 2865-line ffbb_data_client.py into thin facade (272 lines) +
  _RestFacade (1592 lines) + _SearchFacade (1020 lines)
- Add pytest_asyncio_mode = auto to pyproject.toml
- Set isolated_build = True in tox.ini
- Move readme_renderer from install_requires to testing extras
- Fix CacheManager docstring (Redis marked as planned)
- Move benchmark_search_organisme.py to scripts/
- Remove orphaned .coverage and src/ffbb_api_client_v3/
- Update test imports for new module structure
